A SPECIAL INVITATION FROM MICHAEL
To Become an Self-Acupressure Teacher
I believe that the world needs more healing. That’s why I want to invite you to this training to learn how to teach Self-Acupressure, so people of all ages can be more self-sufficient.
If you love Acupressure and the idea of teaching the points and simple self-acupressure techniques to empower groups of people and individuals, I support you to take this special Teacher Training.
In today’s world, people are feeling so much stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Due to these mounting stresses, people have lost a connection with their core essence.
I want to give you guidance to successfully teach Self-Acupressure to counteract these tensions that so many people live with today.
By becoming a Self-Acupressure Therapist (SAT) you will have practical ways to guide people into taking care of themselves by getting in touch with their body.
You’ll experience teaching Self-Acupressure techniques within this training in a safe, secure way and receive feedback, useful teaching skills and methods to enhance your personal growth.
You’ll be able to teach Self-Acupressure in schools, clinics, health education departments, senior centers, colleges, corporations, recreation and educational centers.
Space is limited to 65 students. Scroll down and sign-up at the bottom of this page.
With encouragement, support, and healing wishes,
– Michael Gach
P.S. Since so many of my students have requested this teacher training, I believe it will be very popular and the 65 spots may fill up quickly.
P.P.S. This course is ideal for those who either have previous experience or who have already completed one of the following courses: Acupressure Self-Healing Routine, Acupressure Training Circle (part 1), or the Acupressure Mastery Program
What makes this course unique is the opportunity to apprentice with Michael Reed Gach, who has over 50 years of experience teaching Acupressure to many thousands of people. This 9-month training program will enable you to earn a Self-Acupressure Therapist Teacher Training Certificate.
What’s a Self-Acupressure Therapist?
As a certified Self-Acupressure Therapist (SAT) you’ll learn to teach complete sets of Acupressure points and point combinations for preventing and relieving specific common ailments.
Knowing how to apply Acupressure points on your own body fosters self-reliance that can also reduce the costs of healthcare.
Health professionals can refer their patients to take Self-Acupressure classes to apply preventive care daily, to themselves.
Self-Acupressure Therapy is useful for all ages, young and old. Classes on self-acupressure can be taught in elementary schools, senior centers, colleges, hospitals, clinics, and other adult communities.
Touch is therapeutic and has been proven to have great health benefits. However, using touch therapy can carry legal liabilities and boundary issues. Conscious touch on Acupressure points applied on one’s own body provides safety, assurance, and efficacy and thus has far less liability.
What Makes this Accessible & Unique?
- You can do self-acupressure anytime, anywhere.
- Once you learn it on yourself, you can share it with others.
- You are not reliant on an acupuncturist or acupressure practitioner. Instead of relying on others, you can use these self-healing methods on your own body.
What Makes Self-Acupressure Effective?
- The point locations, traditional indications and benefits are the same ancient points that have been used for thousands of years in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Self-Acupressure uses skillful body mechanics in applying the most effective intervention to one’s own body along with slow, deep breathing.
- Self-Acupressure can also integrate gentle stretching, range of motion, yoga postures, and positive affirmations. The pressure is applied gradually in a conscious, safe way.
Learning to Teach Self-Care in Groups
People need support and guidance for finding the points and for taking care of themselves. Certified Self-Acupressure Therapists (SATs) are trained how to provide this guidance in groups.
As as teacher, you’ll learn how best to hold the points and use good body mechanics to enable the points to release and balance the healing energy flow.
Self-Acupressure therapists have a vocabulary and presentation strategies for making it clear and easy to apply acupressure to your own body. A Self-Acupressure Therapist also know how to teach beginning students how to find points, breathe properly and use finger pressure most effectively.
The certified Self-Acupressure Therapist Teacher Training Program prepares you to present self-healing routines for all types of common ailments so that you can guide groups step-by-step.

PRAISE FOR MICHAEL REED GACH, PH.D.
Self-healing is a true blessing!
“I’m so very grateful for the positive changes in my well being! One of the best decisions I have ever made was to take courses from you! These past two plus years have been a huge blessing. Please know you inspire your students to have confidence to develop their intuition as well as provide an abundance of tools/protocols/meditations to do so. If I had a magic wand, you would be required education for everyone.”
Anna R from Missouri via Maine, USA
I now feel new freedom…
I did the sequences of Acupressure Points for tinnitus (ringing in the ears) from the online Acupressure Self-Care Solution video. As I was resting, after 5 minutes of deep relaxing, I entered an expansive Zen state of consciousness. I now feel a new freedom behind my ears. Many thanks for relieving over 40 years of pain and discomfort.
Francois L. from Canada, Quebec, Gatineau.

“Thanks for this awesome, easy, inspiring and very interesting online course. I have got many benefits of this course in my practical life and as an anesthetist. One of my colleagues had a patient in recovery room, not fully conscious, not communicating and had a shallow breath. The doctor tried to arouse the patient with medicines and mechanical stimulation with no response. They called me to help, and I got the chance to use Acupressure as you taught me. I held the central facial point on the gums. All my colleagues and staff nurses were astonished from the rapid, prompt response of the patient. I’ll never forget this case. What happened is like magic. Within one minute the patient became fully conscious and communicated well with normal breathing. From the bottom of my heart, thanks for your empowering online course.”
Dr. Mohamed F. E. from Egypt

“The delivery within your online video course is so healing in itself. I appreciate your teachings to help us become more in tune with ourselves and with others in our healing practices. To be completely honest, this video touched me so much, that you brought tears of inspiration into my eyes. I love what I am learning. This is taking my massage practice and my personal life to a whole new level. As I was on the road, thinking of how to keep your teachings in my life forever, two bald eagles circled in my sight as I exited the freeway towards my hometown.“
Angela R., MT

“I am very grateful for all the help you’ve given me in the Acupressure Self-Care course and in the ongoing Acupressure Training Circle. Through your help my life has improved considerably. I no longer need to take pain killers nor even apply pain killing creams for my Arthritis. My lower back pain is a thing of the past and my digestion is much improved.“
John F., East Sussex, UK

“In 2013 I was diagnosed with Sjogren’s Syndrome (causes dry eye disease and fibromyalgia), arthritis, degenerative disc disease in my neck, among other ailments. In these months while taking your course I have had very little pain, If any at all and have learned to manage whatever is going on with me naturally. I’m sticking with you Micheal for the long haul. You and your Staff have helped me more than you know. You’re a true Blessing and I thank you with all of my heart!“
